Gabriel Legere is an environmental scientist and co-founder of High Water Pond Management. For several years, Gabe worked at a leading pond management company, managing several high-profile golf courses as well as several hundred ponds. Gabe and Patrick founded High Water pond management with the goal of helping clients realize there ponds full potential. Gabe utilizes his scientific background to help create individualized treatment plans incooperating various environmental factors.
Prior to working in pond management, Gabriel attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington and received a bachelors degree in environmental science. Through his college career he focused on researching chemcial absorption in wetland systems and studying their ability to store excess nutrients. In his past time, Gabe can be found fishing all over south eastern NC. He enjoys spending time out on the water every chance he gets.
Patrick Schiller is a Marine biologist who got his bachelor's degree from UNCW. He focused on fisheries and ecosystem health in both marine and freshwater environments. Following graduation he worked for two years at a leading Wilmington based pond company where he oversaw the New Bern region and helped to manage over 300 pounds. After gaining management and treatment experience he and his business partner founded High Water Pond Management with the mission to make their customers' pond goals a reality.
When he is not at work you will find him immersed in nature. He may be hiking the Green Swamp observing the native venus fly traps and pitcher plants or near the water, enjoying Wilmington's many saltwater and freshwater fishing opportunities. His passion motivates him to maintain the beauty and functionality of his clients ponds.
